No Refund & Replacement Policy
At SRS Natural, we are committed to providing high-quality organic products. Due to the nature of our products (natural/consumable/fragile), all sales are considered final.
1. General Policy: Non-Refundable
All products sold on this website are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once an order is placed and delivered, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or “no longer needed” reasons.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Replacement Only)
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we stand by the quality of our shipping. If you receive an item that is severely damaged or if you receive the wrong product, we will offer a free replacement.
To claim a replacement:
- You must record a video while opening the parcel (Unboxing Video). This is mandatory to prove the damage occurred during transit.
- Send the video and photos of the damaged product to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
